Updating registration details
Once you have successfully logged into the CLANZ website please complete the following process to update your registration details.
Click on your name that is displayed in the upper right of the CLANZ website. You will be taken to the user details screen, where you can edit your details such as name, email address, change your password etc. Please ensure that you complete all mandatory fields (denoted by an **).

Registration and login instructions for the new clanz website
1. Using your email address to login
All current CLANZ members who have supplied us with their email address have been given website logins and assigned a randomly generated password. The following steps describe how to access the website, retrieve your new password and login to the new site. If you are unable to retrieve your password using the process described below, Section 3 below details how to register on the website and create a new CLANZ website login.
On the CLANZ home page click on the Login link in the upper right of your screen. You will see a page asking for your User Name and a Password. All CLANZ members have been assigned a website account with your email address (as supplied with your CLANZ registration) as your website User Name. To retrieve your randomly assigned password, enter your email address in the User Name field, then click the Password Reminder button. Provided you enter the correct email address, your website password will be sent to your email address (this may take up to 30 minutes) and you will see a confirmation message on the screen. Enter your username (your current email address) and the password provided and click the Login button to login to the website.If, upon clicking the Password Reminder button, you see a message stating Username does not exist you have either entered an incorrect email address in the User Name field, or your account has not been setup. To create a new login see Section 3 below.
2. Updating registration details

3. If you cannot login using your email address
If you cannot retrieve your password and receive the error message described in Section 1, or you know that you do not have a website account, you can easily create a new website login by clicking the Register link in the upper right corner of the screen and completing the registration form. All fields marked with an ** are mandatory.
